Mine starts with a much simpler question.
What experience does your website create?
Google doesn’t see your website the way your customers do.
AI doesn’t see your website the way Google does.
And your visitors don’t behave the way website owners often assume they do.
Understanding those different perspectives is becoming increasingly important.
Website Intelligence is about bringing those viewpoints together to understand what is really happening.
Beyond traditional SEO
For years, SEO has focused on keywords, rankings and backlinks.
Those things still matter.
But today your website is judged by much more than where it appears in search results.
People may discover you through Google Search, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, LinkedIn or a recommendation from another website.
Each of those platforms evaluates information slightly differently.
The question is no longer simply:
“How do I rank?”
It’s becoming:
“How is my business understood?”
Looking at the bigger picture
A website rarely has just one problem.
Often it’s a combination of small issues that together reduce enquiries and sales.
That might include:

Looking at each issue separately rarely gives the full picture.

I don’t believe in producing a hundred-page report that nobody reads.
My aim is to explain:

- why it matters
- what should be fixed first
The outcome should be a clear plan rather than a long list of technical jargon.
